How much does shipping cost & How do you ship the Ice Cream?
- What's your return policy?
Due to the perishable and melty nature of our ice cream, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds. Need customer service? Contact contact@mayosdreamrolled.com
- Do you have gift cards?
We offer gift cards and e-gift cards, which can be purchased online under "Gift Cards" or in our shop, and can be redeemed in our shop.
- I have a nut allergy. Is M.D.R.I.C good for me?
We make every flavor in a kitchen that also produces products that contain milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. But we follow good manufacturing processes and organize our production, to always wash, rinse, and sanitize our equipment between each flavor. If you or the recipient has a severe allergy we recommend consulting with your doctor for further guidance before ordering.
- Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there’s a five pint minimum per order. But, remember, with our flat rate shipping you can order as much as you like and pay the same price to ship.

We are not able to take requests for delivery on a specific date.

COOKIE CARE
To keep your cookies fresh, store them in an airtight container. For optimal freshness and flavor, we recommend freezing any cookies you won’t eat right away. When you’re ready to enjoy them, simply warm the cookies in a 350℉ oven for 5-7 minutes until soft and gooey.
If you’re enjoying them after the first day of purchase, microwave heat-up for 8-10 seconds will bring them back to life.
